Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 4, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 303-B, BUILDING 9, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF LAND'S END AT SUNSET BEACH 2, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 87 THRU 90, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED APRIL 12, 1984, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5737, PAGES 1409 THRU 1507, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS
RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 7480 BAYSHORE DR 303, TREASURE ISLAND, FL 33706; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 7, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
