Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on September 20, 2012, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
Building H, DREW PROFESSIONAL PARK-PHASE I, a commercial condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 13181, Page 1716 - 1780, as may be amended from time to time, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 130, Pages 80 - 85, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
and includes “all that certain land, and all structures, buildings, and improvements thereon.”
(the “Property”).
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on November 7, 2012, beginning at 10:00 a.m., via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
