NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2012, entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-011262-XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Robert A. Kaiser; Christy A. Kaiser; Regions Bank, Successor by merger to AmSouth Bank; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the clerk of courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 08 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, NORTH PARK RIDGE, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
