NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of October, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-001867-CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein ROOSEVELT BOULEVARD TOWNHOMES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and SUNTRUST BANK is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
