NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-002410-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wescott Square Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Victoria A. Hlad is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on January 4, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Less the North 4.86 feet of the East 129.61 feet, Block 13, together with the North 0.60 feet of the East 129.67 feet of Lot 4, Block 11, Wescott Square,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 1 through 4, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
