NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012, and entered in 11004072CI 007 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-9, is the Plaintiff and YOM NHEM; SAI QUACH; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on November 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS EXHIBIT IS LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN DEED BOOK 12465 AT PAGE 1778 AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 18, BLOCK H, ORANGEWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE(S) 18 THROUGH 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
