TO: ESTATE OF PHILIP J. SMITH and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for cooperative assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, TARPON SHORES RO ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 210, of TARPON SHORES RO ASSOCIATION, INC., a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B: (the Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 210 Seagull Drive, Tarpon Springs, Florida, 34689.
The undersigned corporation also has a Claim of Lien on the Membership Certificate of PHILIP J. SMITH for any and all sums due the lien holder in relation to their ownership of the Membership Certificate and their acceptance of the Occupancy Agreement and outstanding Promissory Note.
And the mobile home situated thereon described as: 1978 Doublewide VIN 01620301A1, Title #0010474685 and VIN 01620301B1, Title #0010474684.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before November 13, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
