NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-3067-CO-041 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MARINERS PASS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and HERBERT M. DAHL ; BARBARA C. DAHL and FULL SPECTRUM LENDING, INC. C/O BANK OF AMERICA are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [x] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of November, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
