NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09007980CI (21), of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC IMSC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-AR2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR2 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JULY 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and MARGARET CUGNO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARET CUGNO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; AUDUBON CONDOMINIUM AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 536, AUDUBON CONDOMINIUM AT FEATHER SOUND, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF AUDUBON CONDOMINIUM AT FEATHER SOUND, RECORDED JUNE 21, 2004 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13652, PAGE 1025, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN ALL COMMON ELEMENTS, IF ANY.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
