NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the real property located in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 92, NORTHFIELD MANOR SECTION A-3, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 62, Page 71, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, a/k/a 6124 106th Avenue N., Pinellas Park, FL, 33782,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on November 16, 2012, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
