Lot 6 and 1/2 of a vacated alley on the South, Block 89, TOWN OF SUTHERLAND, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 1, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
