F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P is the Plaintiff and LINDSEY C. KOFOED; JASON J. KOFOED; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; CLOVERPLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on November 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
