NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 09007731CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 16th day of November, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 124 OF THE REGENCY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4978, PAGE 1002 THROUGH 1084 AND AS SHOWN IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 91 AND 92 BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
