Yacalis a/k/a George Yacalis and Elaine V. Yacalis, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 3-F, COVE CAY VILLAGE III, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 4, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 7091, PAGE 2032, AND AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 7551, PAGE 254, TO ADD PHASE 4, AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 108, PAGE 76, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
