NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-015235 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Mauricio M. Vaz a/k/a Mauricio Vaz are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER 24, BUILDING D, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WILLOW BROOKE CONDOMINIUM F/K/A KINGS HIGHWAY CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6165, PAGES 317 THROUGH 365; AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9497, PAGES 1171 THROUGH 1235, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
