NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 29th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522010CA002493XXCICI / 10002493CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOEL T. MCFARLANE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOEL T. MCFARLANE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 30th day of October, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 46 FEET OF THE NORTH 10 FEET OF LOT 9, AND THE WEST 46 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 4, REVISED MAP OF SAFFORD'S ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA WAS FORMERLY A PART.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
