NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the “Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure” (the “Final Judgment”) entered in the above-styled action in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of Mantaee County will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, as described below, at a public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on December 4, 2012, at 11:00 a.m.:
Lot III-27, UNIVERSITY PARK OF COMMERCE, A SUBDIVISION SECTION 3, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 24, page 121, public records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
