NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 004730 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-23CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23CB, Plaintiff, and, MICHAEL CRIST, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00 AM on the 20th day of November 2012, the following described property:
LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK 6, WESTFIELD, SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 AT PAGE 209 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
