NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-006042 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, THOMAS GALLEN, JR., et al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00 AM on the 20th day of November 2012, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 18, POINT PLEASANT CONDOMINIUM F/K/A HARBOR HOUSE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1013 AT PAGE 2686 AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12 PAGES 83 THROUGH 87 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
