NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 001462, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER BA MORTGAGE, LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONSBANC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF HELEN D. WILSON, DECEASED; BETTY JEAN WIGGINS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A PROVIDIAN NATIONAL BANK; JANE DOE N/K/A ANGELIA GUTHRIE, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK B, OAK WOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 69 THROUGH 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
