NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-000825 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ISIDRO HERNANDEZ; MARIA HERNANDEZ; FIRST FLORIDIAN INSURANCE COMPANY; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MANATEE COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; TENANT #1 N/K/A JUAN RAMIREZ are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
