NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-003060 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DANIEL LANE; JANI HOEHN; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of Novmeber , 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGIN AT A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF LOT 31, BEING 150 FEET NORTH OF SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 33, ALL IN BLOCK D, OF HAZELHURST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN WEST AND PARALLEL TO SAID SOUTH LINE OF LOT 33, A DISTANCE OF 132.00 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTHWESTERLY 33.5 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 30 OF SAID BLOCK D, OF HAZELHURST; THENCE RUN NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF LOTS 30 AND 31 A DISTANCE OF 163 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 31; THENCE RUN SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 31 A DISTANCE OF 105 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
