NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 011660 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC 1, is the Plaintiff and ASHLEY HILTON, AKA ASHLEY ANN HILTON; MANATEE COUNTY; SANCTUARY OF BRADENTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 27, BUILDING B, SANCTUARY OF BRADENTON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2071, PAGE 4867, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 34, PAGE 84, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
