NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-009996 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR3 is the Plaintiff and JAMES E. BOYETT A/K/A JAMES E. BOYETT, SR.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
