NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-010756 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and KARIN A. PETERS; MICHAEL K. BROWN; BAY POINTE AT CORTEZ CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 9103, BUILDING 9, BAY POINTE AT CORTEZ, PHASE 5, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1990, PAGE 5940, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
