NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 02, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-007343 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and TROY DOUGLAS A/K/A TROY L. DOUGLAS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Begin at a point on the South line of Lot 5, Block A, MUELLERS SUBDIVISION, being 20 feet East of the Southwest corner of Lot 5, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 80, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; thence run North and parallel to the West line of Lot 5, 175 feet; thence run East along the North line of rail road Right of Way line (plat) 45 feet; thence run South and parallel to the West line Lot 4,175 feet; thence run West along the South line of Lots 4 and 5, Block A, 45.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, Less the North 45 feet.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
