NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006687, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM P. BOWEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM P. BOWEN N/K/A CHRISTY BOWEN, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, GREENVIEW REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
