NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000688, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and JAMES D. KESSLER A/K/A J.D. KESSLER; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; PALMETTO POINT CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1024, 1025, 1026, 1027, ADDITION TO PALMETTO POINT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 145, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
