NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated October 2, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 41-2009-CA-001377, DIVISION: 41, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff, and ERIKA D. REATEGUI A/K/A ERIKA D. REATEGUI AREVALO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIKA D. REATEGUI A/K/A ERIKA D. REATEGUI AREVALO IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are Defendant(s).
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 2nd day of January, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

This property is located at the Street address of: 7034 Montauk Point Xing, Bradenton, FL 34212
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
