NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered this 12th day of September 2012 in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-006543-B of the Circuit Court of the EIGHTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-1, Plaintiff and EARL J. MOULTON, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, at 11:00 am on October 31, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
