NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010 CA 004728 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 30th day of October, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 38, HEATHERWOOD CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED TN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1094, PAGE 1229, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGE 164, OF THE PBULIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH PARKING SPACE 5413.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
