NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 41 2008 CA 010016 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-17CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-17CB, Plaintiff, and, MICHAEL T. MYERS BOBBI JO A. MYERS A/K/A BOBI JO A. MYERS, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00 AM on the 5th day of February 2013, the following described property:
LOT 4, OF PALMA SOLA VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, AT PAGE 110, 111, AND 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
