Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 2, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-CC-3090 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium First Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 29 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 517, Harbourside at Wiggins Bay, a condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1188, pages 2100 through 2170, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida and subsequent amendments thereto
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
