NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 02, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-005448 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DENIS DAJA; KLITON DAJA; XHAVID DAJA; IKBAL DAJA; THE WINDWOOD AT PINE WOODS, GROUP III, CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PINEWOODS COMMONS AREA, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 1st day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 103, WINWOOD AT THE PINEWOODS GROUP III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1527, PAGES 2283 THROUGH 2326, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
A/K/A 400 MISTY PINES CIRCLE UNIT #103, NAPLES, FL 34105
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
