notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-1200-CC of the COUNTY Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein GREENWOOD VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF THE ESTATE OF SANDRA D. LILLIE; UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: At 1st Floor, Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 29th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 104, Building 12, GREENWOOD VILLAGE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 1183, Page 2141, as amended and restated in Official Records Book 1318, Pages 1602 through 1760, inclusive, and as amended thereto and all amendments and attachments thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
