Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2-CC-000946 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 29th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 424, of Summerplace I, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Record Book 873, Pages 79 through 148, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto according to said Declaration and subject to all provision of said Declaration, together with any amendments, to date, thereto, and subject to all other reservations, restrictions and easements of record and taxes for the current year. Subject to restrictions, reservations and easements of record, if any, and taxes subsequent to 1989.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
