NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-000978, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and WAYNE T. WALLRICH, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., THE WINDSTAR CONDOMINIUM SECTION ONE ASSOCIATION, WINDSTAR ON NAPLES BAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and ROBERTA K. WALLRICH IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 29 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 722 OF WINDSTAR CONDOMINIUM SECTION ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1075, PAGE 756, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
