NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 3, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-005224 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P.MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A3 is the Plaintiff and PATRICK J. MCCOY; JULIA M. MCCOY; GLEN EDEN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 29 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 120, GLEN EDEN, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 86 AND 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
