Plaintiff issued check #6159 NYN, INC-DBA NEW YORK NICKS on January 14, 2009 to Defendant/Corporation for $995.00, for a hotel kiosk advertisement that was never initiated, attempted or completed by the Defendant.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment for damages in the amount of $995.00 and $188.56 initial Court filing fee and costs plus $300.00 Sheriff's fee for six (6) attempts to serve Defendant/Corporation against Defendant.
