NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 000841 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company As Trustee For Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-NC5, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-NCS, is the Plaintiff and Domingo German Hernandez n/k/a Domingo Hernandez, New Century Mortgage Corporation, UM Capital, LLC, Unknown Spouse of Domingo German Hernandez a/k/a Domingo Hernandez a/k/a Nettie Hernandez, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 29 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 32, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 46, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 3265 72ND AVE NE, NAPLES, FL 34120
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
