NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-00678 CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and ALEJANDRO MELENDI; GISELLE MELENDI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GISELLE MELENDI; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR APPROVED HOME LENDING, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 31 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 105 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 1, OF UNIT 80, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
