NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-1699-CA of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein LAKEWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION II, INC. is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARCUS W. ARNESON; ALICE L. ARNESoN; UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: At 1st floor, Atrium, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 AM, on the 31 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 110, Building C-4, LAKEWOOD CONDOMINIUM UNIT II, a Condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 771, Page 917, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
