NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 3 day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-03469, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and DIANELIS HERNANDEZ, DAER A. HERNANDEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 31 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 35, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 50, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 82 AND 83 OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
