Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Stipulated Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in this cause on October 2, 2012, the Clerk of this Court will sell the following described property situated in Hernando County, Florida:
LOT 20, BLOCK 256 OF MARCO BEACH UNIT SIX, according to the plat thereof AS recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 47 THROUGH 54, of the public records of Collier County, Florida.

to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112-5324, beginning at 11:00 a.m., on October 31, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
