NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000110 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Robert M. Simon and Mary T. Simon a/k/a Marie T. Simon, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on October 31, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 1309, BUILDING 13, DIAMOND AT SAPPHIRE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDONIINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1687, PAGE 1491 THROUGH 1581, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
