NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-009629 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Cedric F. Jordan are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on October 31, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 112, OF THE VILLAGE AT SMOKEHOUSE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED ON OCTOBER 21, 1988 IN OR BOOK 1391, PAGES 257 TO 305, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED.
ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, ASAny person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
