NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 04, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-001818 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and ENES ALIC; SLOBODANKA ALIC; FAIRWAY PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MODESTA CHAVEZ are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 31 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 231, FAIRWAY PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3866, PAGES 4006 THROUGH 4127, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE 58.
A/K/A 7915 PRESERVE CIRCLE #231, NAPLES, FL 341190000
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
