NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 04, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-002173 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-WF1 is the Plaintiff and GLENN T. WEBER; CAROLYN D. WEBER; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 31 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 72, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 103 AND 104 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
