NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11 2009 CA 006215, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. FANNIE MAE ('FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and JAY B. MCMILLEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAY B. MCMILLEN IF ANY; JOHN DOE; AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 31 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 49, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 97 AND 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
