NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-06809-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for RALl 2006QA6, is the Plaintiff and Erna V. Arnez, Maria Erna Chastain, Michael Chastain. Cadles of Grassy Meadows II, L.L.C., a West Virginia limited liability company, Glades Golf and Country Club, Inc. f/k/a The Glades Country Club Apts. Association, lnc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
